Austin's experience in hardwood flooring, remodeling, design, and property management has prepared him to meet a wide variety of home owner's needs. While he's not working with customers or on-the-job, he enjoys being outdoors, hunting, biking, camping, and travelling. 

Alexandra does a little bit of everything. She works closely with team members and home owners, manages the hiring and marketing, helps around the office, and keeps the fans updated online. She enjoys being with the youngest members of the UpKeep team - Austin & Alexandra's daughters Leona and Elsie.

Cassie is an office assistant at Upkeep. She does all the necessary tasks in the office- schedules new jobs and bids, assists clients with project questions, and helps keep the office organized. She serves a vital role in communicating with customers to schedule jobs so the team can stay organized.

Sheldon is our project manager and plays a vital role at UpKeep. He plans projects with subcontractors and team members in the field. When he’s not in office, he's out at the jobsites assisting to ensure everything runs smoothly. His many years in commercial construction help him thrive with this important role. Sheldon enjoys traveling, as he recently took a 6-month road trip around the U.S.

Kaylynn goes on site to meet and connect with clients going through the renovation process. She assists with selecting cabinetry, paint colors, countertops, and ordering the materials needed for the job. She serves a vital role communicating with clients and the team.

Mira is an important part in helping UpKeep to stay connected with past, current, and future clients via social media. She takes photos of projects and showcases the work that goes into each job. Mira enjoys connecting with the homeowners, seeing their reactions to a finished project, and seeing for herself the transformations that take place.
