Discovery

This is the stage where we get to know one another and determine if we are a good fit. In this stage we want to hear about your dreams and we will help with putting together a rough budget.

Design and Project Development

We've decided we are a good fit and agreed on a realistic budget. Here we sign a project development agreement. At the end of this stage we will have designs, selections, and construction drawings developed and ready for the build. 

Construction

​

Drawings are approved and construction agreement is signed. Time for us to get to work! We wil order materials, layout a schedule and plan our time in your home. Our quality craftsmanship and partners make concepts a reality. Our project manager will be there along the way to answer any questions and keep things moving effeciently. 

Warranty

​

The project is complete. You will receive a warranty booklet with all the materials used in the project with manufacture warranties. We will schedule a 6 month follow up and get you started on our maintenance scheduled.
